Frequently Asked Questions
Can my customers order pizza online?
Yes, with the Pro+ plan: they fill their cart, choose pickup or delivery and place the order. With Standard and Pro, the "Order" button calls your pizzeria or opens the contact form.
Does the customer have to pay online?
You decide: card payment online, deposited into your own Stripe account, or payment when the order is handed over, in store or on delivery.
Do you take a commission on each order?
No. You pay your monthly subscription, and that's it: we take no percentage of your sales.
Can I limit delivery to my area?
Yes, with the Pro+ plan: flat or percentage fee, free delivery above a set amount, or zones by postal code. Outside your area, customers see right away that you don't deliver to them.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes, right on the page: click a pizza or a price and change it. Same for your hours, closing days and holidays.
