Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes: you click on an item or a price and change it, as often as your menu changes.
Can my customers order a cake online?
On Pro, they build their cake, see an estimated price and send you their request through the form: it lands in your email and you confirm it yourself. On Pro+, they can also buy your shop's products online, paid by card.
Can I offer delivery and pickup?
Yes, with the Pro+ plan: at checkout, customers choose delivery, with your fee, or in-store pickup. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and we take no commission.
Can I post my vacation closures and holiday hours?
Yes: in your dashboard, you add a closure or special hours for a date, and the site shows the right "Open / Closed" status.
Is the domain name included?
Yes, .com or .ca, as long as your subscription is active.
