For daycares and early learning centers

Website for daycares

Parents don't entrust their child based on a photo. Before asking for a tour, they want to know if there's a spot for their child's age, what a day looks like, and how safety is handled. Our daycare templates answer all of that clearly, and you update available spots yourself.

What a daycare website needs to show

What parents want to know before asking for a tour.

Your age groups

Infants, toddlers, preschoolers: what each group does, and from what age.

A typical day

From morning drop-off to pick-up, hour by hour: snack, outdoor play, lunch, nap. A steady routine reassures parents.

The week's activities

Music on Monday, motor skills on Tuesday: a day-by-day calendar (Pro and Pro+).

Your safety measures, explained

Controlled access, allergies, written procedures, daily communication (Standard); drop-off and pick-up rules (Pro+).

Available spots

A clearly visible "spots available" notice, or the number of spots left per group (Pro+), that you change in one click.

Your programs and rates

Full-time, part-time, summer camp, drop-in care: the price per day or per hour, shown clearly.

A tour request

A button that calls you (Standard) or a form where parents pick the program they're interested in (Pro and Pro+). The request arrives by email.

Your hours and holidays

Opening hours, closures and holidays added in one click; the site shows "Open" or "Closed" based on the daycare's local time.

Choose your template

Each template is a real demo: open it and browse it the way a parent would.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can parents join a waitlist online?

They send you a tour or enrollment request through the form, picking the program (Pro and Pro+), or call you in one tap. The request arrives by email. The site does not manage a waitlist: you keep your own.

Can I change the number of available spots myself?

Yes: click the number or the notice and change it. With the Pro+ plan, each group shows its remaining spots.

Is there a parent portal?

No: the site presents your daycare and receives requests. Daily reports, photos of the day and invoices stay in the tools you already use.

Can I show holidays and closures?

Yes: add a closure by date in one click, and the site shows "Open" or "Closed" based on the daycare's local time.

Can my site be in both English and French?

Yes: in English, in French, or in both languages, your choice.
