Frequently Asked Questions
Is Wix really free?
The free plan exists, but with Wix ads and a "wixsite.com" address. For your own domain you need a paid plan, and to sell online, at least the Core plan.
Is the domain free with Wix?
For one year, with a yearly plan, through a voucher valid for a new domain. After that, renewal is at your expense. With us, the domain is included as long as your subscription is active.
Can I switch from Wix to your service?
Yes. If you own your domain, it can point to your new site. With the Pro and Pro+ plans, we help you move your content over, at no cost.
