Frequently Asked Questions
Can my patients book online?
They send you a request through the contact form, with a "Book an appointment" subject in the Pro+ plan. The request reaches you by email and you confirm the time yourself. Your phone number can also be called with one tap.
Can I explain which insurance plans cover my care?
Yes: one section covers private insurance, the receipts given at every visit and what you don't do (Standard). In the other templates, you add it to your text or your frequently asked questions.
Can I list the problems I treat, like sciatica?
Yes: each condition has its own title and description, which you edit or add yourself. It's often exactly what patients type into Google.
Can I sell ergonomic products?
Yes, with the Pro+ plan: cushions, pillows, foam rollers and gift cards, paid by card into your own Stripe account, with pickup at the clinic. We take no commission.
