Poil Soyeux was founded in 2015 by Mélanie Poirier, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, after several years working in grooming salons where speed often came before the animal's well-being.
Convinced that every animal deserves a stress-free grooming experience, Mélanie built a salon where patience and gentleness are non-negotiable — no matter the breed, size, or temperament of your companion.
