Le Chaudron de Fonte was born in 2014, in Trois-Rivières, when Marc-Antoine Bellefeuille took over his mother's family canteen to turn it into a restaurant in its own right — without ever betraying the recipes he grew up with.

A cook for 15 years, trained at the ITHQ, Marc-Antoine took over his mother's family canteen in 2014 to turn it into a real restaurant — while keeping the recipes he grew up with. He now leads a kitchen team of 6, a young and passionate brigade.
