What started as a single truck and a list of loyal customers has grown into a team serving Terrebonne and the surrounding area, residential and commercial — always with the same idea: answer the phone, give a clear price, and do the job right the first time.
Our story
In 2009, Daniel Gagnon left a job as a salaried plumber to launch his own business in Terrebonne. The goal was simple: offer the kind of service he'd want to receive as a customer — fast, honest, without technical jargon used to justify a bill. Seventeen years later, that philosophy hasn't changed, even as the team and the equipment have grown.

A licensed plumber for over 20 years, Daniel founded Plomberie Fiable in 2009 after years in the field seeing how customer service was often neglected in the trade. He still personally oversees commercial projects and the trickiest emergencies, and trains every team member to the same standard.
