Our story
Douceurs de Léa opened its doors in Laval in 2017, on boulevard Le Corbusier. The idea: offer fine pastries and custom cakes inspired by classic French technique, with premium ingredients and no compromise. Since then, every creation — from a simple éclair to a wedding cake — is handmade in the workshop, with vegan and gluten-free options available on request.

Léa Fontaine
A graduate of the ITHQ, Léa refined her craft in Parisian pastry shops before returning to Laval to open her own shop in 2017. She still shapes every custom cake by hand, in the workshop.
